An ancient and beautiful house with splendid views, Villa Inma is a large and imposing (300 square meters) stone country house, the original part of which dates back to 1575. Surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool, the house is light and bright and is set in a high and dominating position with a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. The beautiful house is set in a private, gated and fenced property of four acres, not isolated, with olive groves, woods, sunflower fields and unforgettable vistas. Located just 8 km from Todi, near Montenero, it is a short drive to restaurants and all services. The hill towns of Orvieto, Perugia, Spoleto, Assisi, Gubbio and other Tuscan and Umbrian destinations are within easy reach. Rome is a 90-minute drive.

The house has been totally renovated and is ideal accommodation for 12 people. A beautiful portico-veranda, furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing, shades the rear of the house and looks towards the pool and the superb view. Large terraces at the front and side offer space for parties or just enjoying the view. The house is most luxurious, furnished with opulence and an abundance of beautiful antiques, creating a warm and totally inviting ambience. The open-plan kitchen is magnificent with a wonderful collection of plates adorning the walls and an open fireplace.

The entry hall with periscope effect through to the back garden opens to the large and very enjoyable kitchen, then to the dining room and through to the formal living room with an ancient monumental fireplace and billiard table. French doors open to the belvedere terrace at the side. Opposite the kitchen is a large pantry-storage room, a gym, sauna and shower.

A lovely wooden staircase leads you up to the first floor and the sleeping accommodation. There is one queensize bedroom and its own en suite bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. To the left of the arched corridor there are two single bedrooms, both with king-size single beds sharing a bathroom with shower, and finally a lobby with access to the master bedroom. This room has a tester bed and en suite bathroom with bath; two large single bedrooms both with queen-size beds and sharing a bathrrom with shower complete the floor.

On this floor is the family living room with fireplace, TV and stereo at the end of a picture gallery. There are six complete bathrooms, four of which ensuite. The house is totally charming, enveloping in its warmth, with luxurious touches – a real home!

Amenities include a wide-screen TV with DVD and Sky channels; a new ping pong table, billiard table, an exercise bike, two cribs for babies, high chair and car seat, many children’s toys.
