In the green Umbrian hills around the banks of Lake Trasimeno you find this beautiful villa which offers an oasis of peace and tranquility. Here you can spend your vacation in close contact with nature, while still being surrounded by modern and refined comforts. It is a luxurious two storey villa, tailor made for large families who love the countryside. The house is made up of eight master or twin bedrooms; 7 bathrooms; immense halls with sitting rooms and dining tables, a spacious fireplace and a large rustic kitchen with four burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. In front of the house there is an ample porch area with panoramic view of the Umbrian landscape. The large garden hosts the beautiful heated pool for the exclusive use of the guests. The farm is a small green strip of immaculate oasis on the shores of the lake. The tepid waters of the Trasimeno create a micro climate that is ideal for practically everything. The farm is completely fenced in, protected from any kind of man made pollution. Inside the farm one can enjoy nature walks in the woods, in close contact with the landscape, and maybe catch a glimpse of the hares, deer and pheasants that inhabit this magical place. All animals present on the terrain such as pheasants, hares, hedge hogs, owls, and squirrels all run free. All the organic products of the farm can be tasted and bought. The bee hive produces honey that the owners have named Cent'anni (100 years). It is genuine, strong, grainy and unrefined. The olive groves are made up of a mix of tree types including sweet Agogia, Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino, which produces a pleasant oil for drizzling and dipping. The grapes that make up these vineyards are Merlot, Cabernet, and Sangiovese which have carefully been selected under the aegis of the University of Perugia. In the surrounding areas, excursions and tours are available for Cortona, Perugia, Assisi, Citta della Pieve, Chiusi, Chanciano, Arezzo, Siena and Orvieto. Trips are available for specific themes such as: Etruscan archaeological sites, places of importance during the Renaissance, Roman sites and gothic grounds. On request art therapy visits, relaxation sessions, and Psychosynthesis sittings are also available. On requests several services can be organised: Breakfast €150 per day; Mountain-bikes €15 per day.
