Il Poderaccio is situated near Panicale, a small village in the hills that surround Lake Trasimeno, not far from Perugia. It is an old country house that stands alone with a splendid panoramic view across the surrounding countryside. Panicale is a pretty village which overlooks Lake Trasimeno with a wonderful view s of both the lake and of the surrounding countryside. The village is characterized by ancient bastions, towers and archways that span across the little streets all just as they once were.

The house is on two floors and it is equipped with all comforts. It has been tastefully furnished by the owner preserving its traditional style. Il Poderaccio is made up of a large living room with sofa and open fireplace, fully fitted kitchen, two queensize bedrooms furnished with wrought iron beds, one of these with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom furnished with antiques and another queen size bedroom, one bathroom.

The house also offers a bright study with internet connection and a bathroom with shower and tub. All the rooms have beamed ceilings and tiled terracotta floors.

There is a lovely garden equipped with outdoor furnitur,e ideal to relax in and overlooking terraced olive groves. For those who like walking, there is a path that leads up to the top of the hill, from where you can enjoy a stunning view of Lake Trasimeno. Horse riding and golf course are located nearby for your leisure hours. The owner would be pleased to offer a tasting of the typical olive oil produced by the family-run farm. Staying at "Il Poderaccio" will be an unforgettable experience in an authentic farmhouse, immersed in nature and peace.
