This is a lovely stone farmhouse which has been very well restored. It enjoys a wonderful position on the hills overlooking Lake Trasimeno, not far from the village of Tuoro.

The panorama over the lake is marvelous: all three islands and the entire coastline can be seen. The swimming pool, adjacent to the house, enjoys the same wonderful view. This is a protected area in part of the Regional Nature Reserve of Lake Trasimeno and is an area famous for the battle between Hannibal and the Roman legions which took place on the plain immediately below the house!

Accommodation
Ground floor: a very spacious living room (130 sq mt), large and comfortable kitchen with 5-burner gas stove, electric oven, large refrigerator/freezer, storeroom with washing machine. On this floor is one queensize bedroom and a bathroom with hydromassage shower.

Upper floor: a living room with a kitchenette, one twin bedroom, a queensize bedroom sharing a bathroom with hydromassage shower , two more queensize bedrooms each with private bathroom. There is a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake and a large veranda with furniture for outdoor dining, also with lake views. The four bedrooms on the upper floor have air-conditioning. There is no internal connection between the two floors. Total privacy and peace guarantee the quality of this property for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The pool is about 30 meters from the house (12.8m x 5m x 1.4 deep)
