Villa del Conte is a beautiful independent villa lying on a hillside, a few minutes from the Etruscan town of Cortona. A large park with holm-oaks and centuries-old trees surrounds the villa, which commands a stunning view over the Valdichiana.

Villa del Conte  has been furnished in accordance with the Tuscan tradition with antique pieces and warm hues which contribute to creating a cosy and comfortable atmosphere which will assure you an unforgettable vacation under the Tuscan sun.

ACCOMMODATION

The villa is built on three floors. The ground floor hosts two sitting rooms, a dining room with a large wooden table which seats 20, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one half-bathroom, a cellar and a laundry room.

The first floor consists of two spacious double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, and a beautiful suite made up of two double bedrooms with a spacious bathroom with tub. A small sitting room with sofa and armchairs complete this floor.

The second floor comprises three twin bedrooms, two double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa has TV, hifi., wireless internet and a private parking lot.

A small stone annex lies a few steps from the villa and can accomodate 2+2 people. The entrance takes you into the a characteristic living room with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. There is an open fireplace with two comfortable sofa beds and an eating area, a bedroom with a double four-poster bed and a bathroom.

The annex is equipped with all modern comforts including air conditioning (bedroom only), telephone with internet, central heating, TV and hifi. and can be rented together with the villa (rates on request).

Villa del Conte is the ideal choice for those who wish to spend a truly relaxing holiday in full contact with nature, but also for those who prefer a more dynamic holiday and would like to keep fit by swimming in the beautiful pool, by jogging in the age-old pinewood or by playing in the villa's tennis court (green set). Cortona can be easily reached on foot in 15 minutes while other major Tuscan and Umbrian cities such as Siena, Florence and Perugia can be reached in less than an hour's drive.

The villa can be rented out also for 10 people.
