A padronal villa in typical Tuscan style with tower, located halfway between Asciano (8 km) and Monteroni d’Arbia (7 km) in the heart of Tuscany. All services, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. can be found in these little towns. The views from this property are splendid across the fascinating lands and colors of the Crete Senesi. The villa is part of the large historic estate of Campana, with its neighboring country houses.

This very prestigious villa, with private entry, is surrounded on two sides by a fenced garden for guests’ enjoyment. At the rear of the villa, in a private and sunny position is a swimming pool for exclusive use of the villa. Furnishings are elegant, with many beautiful antiques.

The bedrooms are furnished in a simple but charming and comfortable manner. The bathrooms were all restored a few years ago and tiles and accessories are in the same color as the adjoining bedroom, in tone with the soft furnishings. The bedrooms are all on the first floor, with the billiard room in the center. The kitchen is large and enjoyable, opening off the dining room and living rooms.

Opposite the villa is a small building which was previously the villa’s private chapel. This little house offers extra accommodation on the upper floor of this building with three more double bedrooms each with bathroom. The little house has a private garden.

Adjacent to the villa are two large farmhouses with apartments of the Borgo which are also available for rental if extra accommodation is required with the villa. These apartments in no way interfere with the privacy of the villa and its guest house.
