This charming villa, surrounded by a lush garden, is located in the ideal position to explore Tuscany. It is between the towns of Signa and Carmignano at only 8 km from Florence.

Views from the villa are over romantic green hills of the Florentine countryside with the Artimino Medici villa on one side and the villa of Caruso (the famous opera singer) on the other with the Arno river in the valley.

The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden dotted with olive trees full of plenty of shady spots where you may read quietly or just enjoy the peace and tranquility.

It is set in a very panoramic position and gorgeous views can be seen from the large terrace and from the pool (12x4m – 2m20 deep).

The villa is comfortable and attractive, set on two floors. The most beautiful part of the house is the upper ground floor which we offer for rental as a holiday home. The owner lives on the lower ground floor. The two floors are independent and divided. The entrance gate is shared.

Here is a description of the villa: The upper ground floor is around 200 square metres and comprises a large kitchen with a traditional fireplace for BBQ, a TV room with sofa ideal to use a games room (satellite TV available); a huge L-shaped lounge and dining room which opens out to a large panoramic terrace (40 square metres) ideal for dining al fresco and offering gorgeous views over the valley and pool. On one side of the lounge there are comfortable sofas and armchairs and on the other side a dining area for up to 12 people.

The villa sleeps 6+2. On one side of the lounge a door leads to 3 bedrooms; one master double bedroom with lovely views of the valley, plus one twin room and another double room (this room can also become a twin) overlooking the garden. There is one bathroom with tub and shower and a toilet with bidet and two hand basins. A sofa bed is available in the living room.

The general decor and furniture of the villa is elegant and comfortable. You will feel instantly at home! From the terrace there is a staircase that leads directly to the pool equipped with sun-beds and a large sun umbrella. The pool is accessed with a few internal steps and also has a jacuzzi and a solar powered shower.

The English speaking owner of the villa, who lives on the lower ground floor, is unobtrusive yet will be extremely glad to be to help you discover the secrets of the surrounding area or book anything for you.

Cooking service can also be provided as well as extra cleaning during the week or an initial survival shopping should you be arriving late on Saturday. The pool is generally shared with the owner.
