This is a magnificent apartment with a beautiful terrace, and a rare find in the heart of Rome. The furnishings are exquisite and the decorated walls and ceilings add a fascinating touch.

Charming and elegant, the apartment is located in an 18th century building, with concierge, on the 4th floor with elevator. The large entry hall is lined with bookcases and walls and ceilings are frescoed. A beautiful marble floor leads into the living-room which is furnished with two white sofas, a velvet arm-chair, and some antiques. The floor to ceiling bookshelves add a very warm and homely atmosphere while the décor is enhanced by numerous paintings, carpets and very beautiful drapes, revealing a very refined taste. The parquet flooring and the authentic frescoed ceiling complete this unique atmosphere.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and large wardrobe. The room is blessed with natural day-light from a tall window.  The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a second full bathroom which has a bath-tub with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking supplies and has a large window overlooking the terrace which can be accessed from the living room and dining room through large French doors.  From the living-room, you enter the bright and well-furnished dining-room with a table seating six. The dining room is also furnished with two and both are decorated with antiques and porcelain pieces.  The dining-room has also a sitting area with a sofa, built-in shelves with small antiques and a TV set. 

Up a small open staircase there is a small mezzanine bedroom with a three-quarter bed, which is suitable for a teenager or young adult.
