The area around Via Giulia is a wonderful area to wander through and get the feeling of daily life as carried on in a centuries old-setting. This is an elegant residential area of the city with its cobblestoned streets and antique shops, somehow remains peaceful giving the feel a Rome long since past.  

This large apartment is on the second floor of a restored 16th Century building (there is an elevator). It is about 130 sq.mt. A foyer leads to a bright living-room with two windows overlooking Via Giulia. The high golden ceiling is a hand painted fresco with exposed wooden beams and the floor is terra-cotta. There is a comfortable double sofa-bed, two easy-chairs, a wood chest of drawers and a dining area.  

A long hallway that leads to the night area. The bedrooms are internal so they are so quiet. The first bedroom has twin beds (joinable into a queen size bed) and a olive wood wardrobe. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a wardrobe, a dressing mirror, a chest of drawers and two chairs. There is a large window almost to the ceiling.  The master bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with a bath-tub/hand-held shower, heated towel racks and it is tiled with ceramics. There is a second full bathroom with a cabin shower and heated towel racks. It is tiled with white & green ceramics.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove top, microwave, a double stainless steel sink and a marble kitchen-table with 2 chairs.

This large apartment is on the third floor (with elevator) of the same restored 16th century building. It is 130 sq.m with exposed wooden beams on the ceilings and period style Roman floor. There is an entrance that leads to a large sunny living-room, which is light and bright due to two tall windows providing natural day-light. There is a comfortable sofa-bed and two arm-chairs and the dining area has table and chairs seating up to 6 people.

The first bedroom is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a wardrobe and a tall window giving natural light.   This bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom with box-shower. It is tiled with white & grey ceramics. The second bright bedroom has two twin beds (can be joined into a queen size bed) and a wardrobe.  This room has three tall windows giving natural light. There is a second full bathroom with a box-shower and it is tiled with white ceramics.  

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking supplies. It also has a table with 2 chairs.
