This prestigious apartment has been totally refurbished. It is located on the second floor of a palace located at a short distance from Rialto Bridge and “Mercerie”: very central but very quiet area. Saint Mark ‘s Square is only a quick 5 minutes walk.

The apartment, recently restored, is located near Campo della Fava, a central but quiet area in Venice. It is two minutes from Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes from St. Mark's Square. To reach the apartment by vaporetto ACTV (water bus) the closest stop is Rialto, then by walking towards San Lio you can reach the apartment.

The apartment is furnished in a sober but comfortable way and measures around 50 sq mt. It is an ideal apartment for a couple with child and is comprised of a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, freezer, gas stoves; sofabed in the living room with TV; bathroom with shower, double bedroom with closet.  Although it is not air-conditioned the apartment remains cool in summer.
