Casa di Firenze is a group of wonderful apartments located right in the historical centre of Florence, in Via Santa Reparata, only few minutes walk from Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, Piazza San Marco, the Academy Gallery, the Medicean Chapels, San Lorenzo Basilica, as well as other major tourist attractions - the Duomo, the Uffizi Museum and the wonderful Piazza della Signoria. This is one of the liveliest parts of the
City where you can find typical small restaurants and enjoy your shopping both in the most fashionable boutiques and in the San Lorenzo open market with its cheerful stalls of typical Florentine products.

Casa di Beatrice – Sleeps 6
The apartment has been recently and completely remodelled with taste and elegance.
Equipped with: air conditioning, independent heating, intercom, hair dryer, kettle.
On the second floor without a lift, the apartment offers a large living/dining area with access to its own terrace overlooking the internal green courtyard. There you will find a very comfortable sofa bed for two.
Along the corridor you have the kitchen and next to it the twin bedroom
followed by the entrance to one of the two bathrooms. This features a large cabin shower and can be used by those sleeping in the living room.
The other two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other one with a double bed, have their own bathroom, which is very large with tub-shower

Giardino – sleeps 4 + 2
The elegant apartment, is a three storey building that offers a private patio equipped with table and chairs, as well deck-chairs to sunbathe or simply to relax.
There is a beautiful living/dining area with a comfortable sofa bed for two. The long and very complete kitchenette is well separated from the rest of the room. On the first level you will find the first bedroom with a lovely terrace overlooking the internal green courtyard and a large bathroom with tub & shower that can be easily used by those sleeping downstairs as its entrance is from the hall. On the second level you will find the master bedroom and its own bathroom with shower.

Casa di Dante – sleeps 6+2
On the first floor a large and beautiful apartment, that offers a large living/dining area with access to its own terrace overlooking the internal green courtyard. There you will find a complete kitchenette and a very comfortable sofa bed for two plus another fold-
out single. Along the corridor you have the entrance to a twin bedroom and to one of
the two bathrooms; this features a large cabin shower and can be used by those sleeping in the living room. The other two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other one with a double bed, have their own bathroom, very large with tub-shower.

Fortezza – sleeps 2+2
On the ground level beautiful apartment, that offers a living/dining area with access to its own private garden. It has a spacious kitchenette and a very comfortable sofa bed for two.
Along the corridor, leading to the master bedroom, you have the entrance to one of the two bathrooms. This features a large shower.

Loggetta – sleeps 2
On the third floor, without lift, this apartment is composed of a lovely room with a very comfortable double bed, a dining corner to enjoy romantic meals. From the room you have access to the unique terrace overlooking the internal green courtyard.
Both the kitchen and the bathroom - with shower - are full of light entering from the beautiful mansard windows. Air-conditioning, independent heating. The sunny bedroom, with en suite bathroom, has a double bed and two large windows.
