At a glance

This is a charming villa where all the details, even the smallest, have been given utmost attention.

The furnishings are prestigious and refined, with antique pieces dating back to the 1880s;  the tiles covering the staircase leading to the first floor and on the walls of the kitchen, come directly from Saint Stefano of Camastra. The fireplace is set right in the center of the living and dining area, where there is the also the entrance to the villa. It is covered by “pece” stone, the typical stone of Ragusa, therefore the characteristics of this area is reflected in the inside of the house as well.

The exteriors of the villa are very well maintained and spacious offering a full garden with flowering coloured plants,  palms and the typical vegetation.

The day area is furnished with a dining table, sofas,  satellite TV, fireplace and the kitchen perfectly equipped with all facilities (microwave, dish washer, washing machine...).

On the first floor we find the night area, made up of a double bedroom, two bathrooms both with shower; then we have a further two bedrooms. In the first is a French size bed which is like a small double bed (suitable for a very loving couple or children) and in the second bedroom are two single beds (upon request this twin bedroom can be a double). In these bedrooms there are mezzanine loft areas with two extra sleeping places that are reached by a staircase.

So in total the house sleeps 6+2.

From the spacious terrace on the first floor we can enjoy the wonderful views to the blue sea. The villa is set just a few steps from the golden sandy beach of Marina of Ragusa, in a zone of holiday homes, well served with buses, restaurants, gastronomic shops, night life, and well equipped beaches.
