The villa is situated in the countryside of Modica in the province of Ragusa, at 3 km from the historical centre. Here you can enjoy a very pleasant climate, well ventilated and never sultry, in a landscape characterized by the shade of the carob trees and olive groves. The property is not far from the sea, which is a succession of big, golden sandy beaches, some reefs and the natural oases of Vendicari and Irminio. This is the most southern coast of Italy with such a particularly mild and dry climate as to permit a bathing season from April till October in warm and clean waters. The accommodation of the villa is comprised of three small independent apartments set around the ancient nineteenth-century court of the main villa. In the middle of a spacious garden with Mediterranean plantings, is the swimming pool (for common use), surrounded by green spaces and trees offering calm relaxation for adults and a safe playground for the children. Accommodation is as follows: Casa Alloro – sleeps 2+3: comprised of two rooms, a living room in which there are a double sofa-bed for two persons and a single sofa-bed; 1 double bedroom with a bathroom with shower; a kitchen corner and another bathroom with shower. Casa Agave: studio apartment sleeping 2+2, comprised of a double bedroom with double sofa-bed; live-in kitchen, bathroom with shower.
