The “Round House” is a very special independent villa, characterized by its bizarre circular shape, igloo type. It is located in Terrauzza, just 400 meters from the beach. The total area of the property is 2000 sq mt, with floor space of 90 sq mt inside.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. It is fairly small, but very functional with much attention to detail. From the main veranda, you have a breathtaking panorama to the sea, with all its majesty and the sparkling clarity of a natural marine park; and then the panorama of Ortigia, the ancient historic center of Siracusa. Guests will enjoy the low rocky beach at approximately 400 mt. Among the amenities there is also a barbecue and a wood-fired oven.

The accommodation is comprised of one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, a double sofa bed in the dining/living room, kitchen corner, bathroom with shower; a second kitchen, very well equipped, separate from the main house (at 1,5 mt.); two verandas furnished with garden furniture.
