Olimpia is set over three floors: on the ground and first floor is OLIMPIA 8, and on the second floor are OLIMPIA 6 and OLIMPIA 2, each with independent entrance. Olimpia 6 and Olimpia 2 cannot be rented separately when Olimpia 8 is rented. The owner’s residence is located within the property, in the “Barchessa” between the gate and the villa. The whole villa is spread over1160 sq mt; guests accommodation is over 960 sq mt. There is parking inside the property for 4 cars. Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house.
OLIMPIA 8 - ground floor & first floor, 800 sqm Sleeps 8 people (entrance from the garden). Ground floor is comprised of entrance hall, study room, TV room (no satellite or DVD), formal dining room (10/12 people); the “Spanish” red room, that leads to a charming pergola, second dining room (16 people), half bathroom, kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, gas range, oven, freezer, coffee maker; laundry with washing machine and iron. Next to the kitchen is one bathroom with shower. First floor (16 steps) 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. One double bedroom with king size bed with en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower head. One twin bedroom (beds cannot be joined) plus an extra bed with en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower head. Two twin bedrooms with beds that can be made up as double, each one has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. All four bedrooms are attractively furnished with antiques. The villa is not air conditioned, but in summer time each bedroom has fans.
OLIMPIA 6 - second floor (28 steps) with independent entrance from the rear of the villa. It measures 160 sq mt. Sleeps 6 people in 3 twin/double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower), large living room, dining table for 6, kitchen with gas range, oven, toast, fridge, washing machine, microwave, TV (no satellite) DVD, Stereo.
OLIMPIA 2 - second floor (28 steps) with independent entrance from the rear of the villa. It measures 55 sqm. Sleeps 2 and consists of a one room apartment with twin/double bed, kitchenette with microwave and bathroom with shower. The whole property sleeps up to 16 people. There is no telephone in the villa. Internet is available in Olimpia 8 at 40 euros x week, the WIFI line will be soon in the area, probably by Spring 2009. But at the moment (November 2008) we cannot guarantee it. In any case at 3 km there is an Internet point. The villa has been comfortably restored, the garden has been featured in Italian garden magazines. The friendly owners' dog lives on the property. NOISE: As with all in-town houses, the sound of people and traffic could be heard. The main road is located behind the property though once inside the beautiful garden you will not feel as if you are in a noisy place. Only two bedrooms room (in Olimpia 8) have windows towards the road, both have triple glazing to reduce the traffic noise.
