Located in Lesa, on the busy coastal road of Lake Maggiore, Villa Lisa is a detached modern villa just at few meters from the lake. The villa is accessed from the main road through the gate, from where you ascend to the garden planted with flowers and shrubs.

The villa enjoys a commanding position overlooking Lake Maggiore and the lakeside town of Lesa.

The entrance hall, accessed by steps from the garden, opens into a spacious living room with large windows offering open views over the lake. This floor is the focal point of this villa – a tastefully decorated living/dining room with panoramic lake views, marble floors, a large fireplace, satellite TV, wood panelling, large bookcase, comfortable seating and separately the dining area with table for six.  Directly outside the living/dining part of the villa is a large terrace with outdoor setting allowing seating for eight – an ideal location for outdoor entertaining.    
                                                        
The recently renovated kitchen/breakfast room offers a microwave, stainless steel stove/oven with five gas burners, large fridge and dishwasher, coffee maker and electric oven, microwave. Leading from the kitchen is a laundry with washing machine and a powder room.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms occupy the lower floor – the master bedroom with queen size bed has a terrace with superb lake views, one twin bedroom, the other a single. Separately there is one bathroom with tub and shower and separate WC. Upstairs is a twin bedroom with desk and two bathrooms with shower. There is provision for another single bed. Furnishings on the main floor are of a high quality and very well cared for. Excellent ornamental detail, fine upholstery and linens.

There is a sports club with 3 tennis courts and Olympic pool (10 min. walk) which guests may use for a daily or weekly rate. The beach is 50 meters from the villa. There are also two golf courses within 10-15 minutes by car and seven more within 45 min.

 The ferry to the other beautiful lake resort towns and islands docks at Belgirate is just 10 minutes away on foot. There is also a pedestrian route behind the house that offers a panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and that leads (5 min.) to the nearby town of Lesa. There you can find grocery shops and restaurants and there is also the possibility to order and take out delicious meals at the nearby Rapanello Restaurant in Lesa.
