A delightful home on the outskirts of the village of St Remy de Provence, perhaps the nicest Provence village to use as a base due to its charming variety of boutiques and restaurants and easy proximity to all key destinations. The town is fascinating and full of character with its small streets and squares full of every kind of shop.

It's just a short, easy walk to the village, where you'll find a weekly market day with an incredible variety of foods, crafts, antiques. It's also an easy stroll for morning coffee and croissants or an evening film (once a week in English!) and dinner. Despite the proximity and wonderful access to town, the house is very private and quiet, guaranteeing a peaceful and restful stay. There are lots of windows bringing in the sunshine and affording pretty views.

Maison Jaune has three bedrooms, two baths, a large terrace, expansive lawn, oversize pool, pool house, parking inside the grounds and a garage. There is no air-conditioning, but the house is heated for out of season stays.

The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and shower.

The open plan living and dining room lead into a well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, and a large fridge.


The house oozes lots of charm. The decor is stylish and all utilities are new, including dishwasher, washer / dryer, microwave, cd / dvd, etc. Maison Jaune is an extremely popular rental villa which rents year round. Of particular interest perhaps to visitors to St Remy is the bull running which takes place in July and August through the streets of the town.
