Villa Regina offers a rare combination of easy access, stunning views, sea water swimming pool,  private position, spacious and well appointed interior with ensuite accommodation. It is set apart from the congestion and heat of the towns and villages nestled along the coastline . It is, in fact, in an isolated position, ideal for those who want to enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday, but at the same time be near the many charming coastal towns such as Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, Sorrento, Pompeii, Paestum and others. The villa is situated on a rocky outcrop on a hill that overlooks the sea, and is surrounded by land scattered with pines, olives trees and Mediterranean vegetation all cascading down to the sea.

This accommodation, of about 190 square meters, is suitable for eight people. It has a large terrace of about 60 square meters and a generous sea water swimming pool. From each you will enjoy a wonderful sea view and enchanting glimpses of the coast. The swimming pool is 6 x 14 meters and is found on a large terrace reached by a flight of 39 stairs. It give you the unforgettable sensation of being suspended above the water and commands uninterrupted, extensive views overlooking the azure Mediterranean sea and the whole sweep of the Amalfi Coastline down to Capo Conca.

Around the pool there are white sun lounges, a shower and a cane pergola for shade.
The villa is conveniently reached from the main coastal road; it has its own wide private driveway, accessed and protected by an electrically-controlled gate. The driveway, which leads to the villa, has shaded parking places for 3 cars.
The interior is an exceptionally well appointed, in a stone building, with inviting and friendly ambiance furnished with modern, very comfortable  furniture, rich terracotta floors and attractive décor.
 
The entrance is into a charming, restful sitting room decorated with elegant terracotta floor and stone walls. It opens onto the east terrace with dining furniture, built in an enviable position surrounded by numerous trees and is ideal for relaxing or dining outside. All bedrooms have been decorated with attention to detail and have individually controlled electric heat and air units.

Accommodation: ( 190 sqm  + 60 sqm terraces)

• Entrance into a large living room furnished with generous seating area for eight on comfortable white couches and coordinating armchairs, coffee table, CD player, satellite TV, panoramic windows, dining area with table for 8 people and access to the east terrace furnished  with comfortable garden furniture.
• Separate well appointed kitchen with all modern facilities.
4 steps lead up to:
• One twin bedroom (on request it can be made up as a queensize bed) with  French windows to  the  side terrace,  an  en-suite bathroom with tub, WC, wash basin , etc.
• A second smaller twin bedroom (cannot be made up as double) with window and shower room with WC, bidet, wash basin etc.,  just off  the corridor.
A corridor from the main sitting room leads down to:
•  A spacious  master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub, WC,  bidet and wash basin
•  A third twin bedroom (on request it can be made up as a queen size)  with French windows  onto the east terrace .This bedroom is served by a further bathroom with bath , WC , etc. , just off  the corridor.

Access: Conveniently reached from the main coastal road. It has its own driveway, accessed and protected by an electrically-controlled gate.

Facilities: Sea water swimming pool (6 x 14 mts) open May to October, outside shower, washing machine, kitchen with 4 gas rings, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, espresso coffee maker,  electric oven, fridge/freezer, barbecue, heating/air conditioning throughout, CD player, telephone for incoming and outgoing calls, satellite TV, private parking for 3 cars.

Services: English speaking manager on call, local cook, breakfast service, food delivery and baby sitter service available for an additional cost

Distances: Not far away from the gate on the main coastal road, there is a bus stop from which you can catch one of the regular SITA buses that take you all along the coast from Sorrento to Salerno. Ferries and hydrofoil ply daily (May – October) from Maiori and Amalfi to Capri (1½ h.), Positano (30 min.) Naples ( 2 h .) and Salerno (1 h.).
